Clean and repair your home

Promote heavily

Make sure your open house is listed on the MLS and on other Internet sites. A good Realtor will know what to do. There is a lot of competition in such a large city and your house has to stand out.

Post lots of pictures, make sure you have mail outs and even take out ads in your local paper. An open house is only as successful as the amount of people you can attract. This obviously increases your chances that one of them will be your buyer.

How much do I save with Mississauga low commission Realtor?
